Amber Glow Esthetics is a licensed reseller of Glymed+ products, which we use in every skincare treatment. Glymed+ products are made in the USA, they are pharmaceutical-grade, cruelty free, certified organic, and do not contain synthetic fragrances. Being classified as pharmaceutical-grade means that their products contain higher percentages of active ingredients which penetrate the skin more deeply in order to help treat a variety of skin concerns.

It is my pleasure to welcome you into my beauty and skincare studio, Amber Glow Esthetics. I am born and raised in Appalachia and hold a deep appreciation for our land which inspires my work in skincare, my love for this community, as well as my art. I feel grateful for the trust placed in me and look forward to our journey together inside of the Amber Glow space, and out of it.

Amber Glow Esthetics is a safe space for individuals from all walks of life to receive care. We do not tolerate hate speech, lewdness, violence, illegal acts, or bullying. You will be asked to reschedule if you cannot agree to these terms. We prioritize relaxation and ask that you manage your vocal volume as to not disturb the patrons of surrounding businesses. All beauty and relaxation treatments are tailored to the individual, leaving room for difference in results. While a thorough consultation can help us set expectations, there are many external factors at play and we cannot guarantee results. With that in mind, it is our utmost priority that you leave satisfied with your experience.
No personal animals are allowed in the treatment room with the only exception being service animals. For parents or guardians of young children, we ask that you set an expectation of respecting our policies to your children. They must be attended by you at all times, and we cannot perform a service with a child present if your eyes are closed (example: lash extensions or a facial). You will be asked to reschedule at a more convenient time.
All appointments scheduled require a 25% deposit paid at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy requires that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your 25% deposit. We sincerely appreciate your respect of our time, and as emergencies do come up, we just ask that you stay in communication regarding your appointment. In the event of a no-call no-show, you will lose your 25% deposit. If you no-call no-show 3 times, you will be graciously asked to find a different service provider so that we can prioritize those time slot for other clients.
Our policy regarding intimate waxing is outlined under waxing services, and states that the client must be a female 18 years or older. While we accept all bodies, this policy is in place to keep our providers as well as our clients safe. We do not allow any guests in the room during an intimate wax.
Please disclose all pertinent medical history, such as allergies and medications, in order to keep yourself safe during our treatments. There are a variety of contraindications and risks involved with products and modalities used in the treatment room, and we believe your safety is top priority.
Please know you are welcome in this space and we are grateful to have you here. We reserve the right to dismiss any clients who cannot agree to these policies and expectations.
